I didn't take pictures from all the steps but Here are some pictures from the last part of finishing the rim.
It included glueing kerfed linings (home made), adding a strip of laburnum to hide the ugly seam where the sides meet, making a monitor sound hole in the upper side and cutting slots for the braces:
