Reshaping the sides

First I reshape the sides. My "hot pipe" is really simple, but has served me well so far: a piece of iron tube from a traffic sign (don't ask me how I got it), a hot air gun, a frame and some clamps.
I dampen the wood and hold it against the hot pipe and when the temperature is right, the wood bends. Afterwards I let the sides rest in the mould.
